The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of if autographical memory training on discourses in moderate Alzheimer’s Dementia.<BR> This experiment was designed by multiple probe, from July to october middle. The autographical memory training was consisted of self-description, emotional memory, events memory.<BR> For the structural analysis, the subjects was induced to produce narrative discourses, procedural discourses, expository discourses, conversational discourses and descriptive discourses.<BR> Item for the analysis included the following; total utterance(TU), Positive tterance is topic comment(TC), TC/TU. The subject were also asked to describe a picture to collect descriptive discourse samples. Analysis items in descriptive discourse were percentage of correct information units, topic comment grade.<BR> The results of this study are as follows ;<BR> First, after autographical memory training, subject 3 total utterance was improved but subject 1 and 2 were decreased.<BR> Second, after autographical memory training, positive utterance was improved.<BR> Third, after autographical memory training, percentage of correct information units and topic comment grade were improved.
