The purpose of this study was to investigate The effects of postural adjustment program for reflex inhibition on feeding function of cerebral palsy.<BR> For this purpose, 1 spastic and 1 athetoid, total 2 students with cerebral palsy Feeding function as subjects. Each subject was assessed oral motor and feeding function correction of jaw, lip and tongue at pre-postural adjustment program for reflex inhibition and post-postural adjustment program for reflex inhibition.<BR> The results obtained from this study are as follows ;<BR> Firstly, postural adjustment program for reflex inhibition was effective in developing the oral motor function correction of children with cerebral palsy.<BR> Secondly, postural adjustment program for reflex inhibition was effective mobility and symmetry of jaw, lip and tongue motor function.<BR> Thirdly, development of jaw was effective of developing selective movement lip and tongue.<BR> Therefore, postural adjustment program for reflex inhibition was developing of oral organ and chewing, swallowing and drinking.
