물류 서비스 업체와의 전략적 협력에 관한 연구 - 의사 결정 나무 모델을 이용한 성과 개선 정도 측정

Strategic Collaboration with Logistics Service Providers: Measuring Performance Improvement Using Decision Tree Models

  본 연구는 의사 결정 나무 분석을 통하여 사용자 기업인 제조업과 유통업체가 트럭운송업체와 전략적인 협력을 할 때 기업의 성과 개선에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는가를 고찰한다. 설문을 통한 기술적 자료 분석 결과에 의하면 사용자 측은 트럭 운송업체와의 협력이 자사의 조직 성과와 트럭운송업체의 서비스 성과 개선에 영향 주는 것으로 인식하고 있지만, 매우 선별적인 측면에서만 트럭 운송업체와 협력 관계를 형성하는 것으로 드러났다. 의사 결정 나무 분석을 통하여 성과 향상 분야에 대하여 영향을 미치는 협력 분야는 각 성과 측정 항목마다 다르게 나타났으며, 협력과 설비 및 시설의 공유가 사용자와 트럭 운송업체의 전체적 성과 향상에 대한 주요 결정 변수로 파악되었다.

  This study investigates the impact of strategic collaboration with motor carriers on firm performance using the decision tree data mining technique. Even though the collaboration with their motor carriers has an significant impact on organizational performance, firms collaborate with motor carriers in very selective areas. Collaboration in decision making and facility/equipment sharing are the main factors affecting firm performance.
