A Study on the Effect of SCM IT, Absorptive Capacity and Knowledge Sharing to Firm Performance

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구에서는 공급망 관리 정보기술과 기업 성과간의 관계에 대한 조직 흡수역량과 지식공유의 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 기존 연구 결과에 따르면 흡수역량과 지식 공유는 기업 성과에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 제시되고 있으나 이들을 함께 연구모형으로 반영한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;흡수역량은 지식 습득에 초점을 두고 있는 반면에 지식공유는 지식흐름에 초점을 둔다. 126개의 국내 기업을 대상으로 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 공급망 관리정보기술은 기업성과에 대하여 직접효과를 보일뿐만 아니라 흡수역량과 지식공유를 통한 간접효과도 유효한 것으로 파악되었다. 아울러 지식공유는 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 조사되었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;We examined the mediation effect of organizational absorptive capacity and knowledge sharing between SCM IT and firm performance. So far, absorptive capacity and knowledge sharing has an effect on firm performance respectively, however, there are few studies to apply both of them together in research model. Absorptive capacity has focused on knowledge acquisition whereas knowledge sharing have centered on the flow of knowledge.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;We collected the 126 firm level data through survey and tested research model and hypotheses by Lisrel analysis. We found that SCM_IT had the direct effects to firm performance as well as the indirect effect through absorptive capacity and knowledge sharing. Interestingly, the knowledge sharing shows that a mediation effect exists, but direct effect does not significant to firm performance.
