경비원 교육훈련이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 분석

An Analysis on the Effect of the Educational Training for Security Guard on their Job Attitudes

&nbsp;&nbsp;2012년 이후 1만5,000명의 경찰인력을 채용하려면 경찰 직급가운데 가장 낮은 순경을 기준으로 해도 해마다 대략 4,000억원 이상이 필요하다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이 엄청난 예산확보의 어려움으로 인하여 경찰의 많은 방범업무가 경비예산 절감차원에서 민간경비산업으로 이양될 수 밖에 없을 것이라고 생각한다. 따라서 앞으로 갈수록 민간경비업체의 업무량 증가와 동시에 경비원 업무의 중요성은 더욱더 강조될 것이다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;자질향상을 위해서는 경비원의 교육훈련이 무엇보다 중요하다. 왜냐 하면 교육훈련을 통해서 겸비원의 가치관ㆍ태도변화를 유도하게 되고 주어진 업무를 완벽하게 수행할 수 있게 해주기 때문이다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 논문은 이러한 문제인식을 바탕으로 경비원을 대상으로 교육훈련에 대한 인식이 경비원들에게 직무만족이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 날로 급증하는 치안수요 등의 치안 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처 할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 하고자 한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to analysis the effect of an educational training for security guard on their job attitude, to find out problems with the educational training factors, and to suggest a security foundation which can contribute to not only reconsidering the efficiency of security organization but also improving the quality of security guard.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The analytic scope of this study was limited to the four categories, such as the training program, the quality of instructors, general information of education, and educational environments, among the four educational training factors of job satisfaction, job involvement, job performance and intention to leave job, based on the elements relating to security guards&quot; individual attitude toward job which seem to be influenced by the educational training. The analytic subject also was limited to the security guards who received the educational training at Korea Security Association from October Z006 to February Z007. Especially, the security guard with a rank below lieutenant were treated as the intensive subject for this study.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The frame for an analysis was organized, centering around the factors, and questionnaire research was carried out with the security guard participating in the educational training program.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The responded questionnaires were analysed by SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences), and t-test, correlation and frequency were also done to compare and examine the difference between categories. In addition, an multi-regression analysis was done to clarify the casual relation between the factors of the educational training and of the job attitude.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The analysed results have showed that the educational training for security guards plays an important role in improving their attitudes, such as job satisfaction, job involvement and job performance, and that the following improvements have to be made to better the effectiveness of the educational training for security guard.
