학교폭력 현황 및 영향요인에 관한 연구

A study on effect factors of school violence

&nbsp;&nbsp;최근의 학교폭력은 조직화, 흉폭화, 반인륜적인 실태로 나타나고 있으며 학교폭력의 유형도 과거와 다르게 다양화(사이버 폭력, 집단따돌림 등)와 함께 학교폭력의 대상 연령도 저연령화되고 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;또한, 청소년범죄자는 성인범죄로 발전할 가능성이 커 더욱 문체가 심각하다 하겠다. 학교폭력의 특징에 있어서도 청소년시기에 있어서 그 후유증은 가해자와 피해자 모두에게 영향을 미치며 성인보다 더욱 심각한 정신적 피해를 당할 수 있으며 심한 경우에는 인격적 장애까지 야기할 수도 있다는 것이다. 이러한 정신적 장애는 성인이 되어가는 과정에서 비사회화 반사회화적인 인격으로 발전할 수 있으며 또 다른 사회문제들을 발생할 수 있다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이러한 학교폭력을 예방하기 위해서 각종 통계조사 및 선행연구를 통하여 학교폭력실태를 파악하고 영향요인을 분석하여 학교폭력예방 대책을 제시하고자 하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;학교폭력 영향요인을 정신ㆍ심리적 측면인 학생 간의 성격의 갈등, 학급의 주도권 차지, 당하는 학생이 만만히 보여서 등의 요인이 가장 많은 영향요인으로 파악되었다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;학교폭력의 예방대책으로 첫째, 학교폭력 현황의 정확한 파악위해 정기적이며 전국척인 설문조사 실시 둘째, 개인성격장애를 발견하기 위해 학교폭력 발견 시 성격테스트 실시하여 전문상담기관과 협조하는 방안 셋째, 예방중심적 전략인 멘터링 체도를 도입하여 지역사회 자원봉사자 및 단체와 연계하는 방안 등을 제시하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Juvenile crime is serous problem due to its potential development to adult crime.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;On the characteristic of school violence during the adolescent period, its aftereffect can influence to roth a harmer and a victim, can cause serious mental damage and can cause personality disorder in serious case.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study used a variety of statistical research and preceding studies to understand the actual conditions of the school violence and to analyse its effect factors to suggest the prevention of school violence.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study mentioned the introduction in the first chapter, the theoretical consideration of the school violence in the second chapter, the actual conditions and the analysis of effect factors for the school violence in the third chapter, the prevention of the school violence in the forth chapter and the conclusion in the final chapter.
