수용자의 교정처우에 관한 연구

A Study on Correctional Treatment of Prisoner

&nbsp;&nbsp;교정처우의 범위가 보다 광범위 해졌지만 이러한 교정처우의 궁극적인 목표는 사회복귀 내지는 재사회화(reintegration)이다. 따라서 이러한 목표를 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 수용자의 개별적인 특성을 고려한 교정처우가 되어야 하며 교정처우와 관련된 각종 제도나 프로그램이 실효성을 가질 수 있어야 하겠다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;이에 수용자에 대한 교정처우가 나아갈 방향을 제시해 보면 첫째, 교정시설의 현대화로 수용자의 인간다운 생활을 보장해야 하며 둘째, 교정공무원의 전문화로 수용자의 재사회화를 위하여 전문인으로서의 교정공무원이 요구된다. 또한 셋째로는 교정프로그램의 다양화로 수용자의 재범방지와 사회복귀를 위한 다양한 프로그램이 개발ㆍ실시되어야 하겠다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;그리고 범죄라는 것이 사회에 적응하지 못하고 실패한 결과라고 본다면, 수용자의 재사회화를 위해서 교정공무원뿐만 아니라 우리 사회 구성원 모두가 함께 노력해야 할 것이다.

Accordingly to attain this object correctional treatment is considering prisoner&quot;s personality and correctional treatment system or program to be effectiveness.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;So to present of correctional treatment of prisoner&quot;s direction first, modernization of correctional establishment prisoner&quot;s human life is security, second, specialization of correctional pubic servant-correctional establishment have to satisfy specialization of correctional pubic servant to reintegration of prisoner. And third, diversification of correctional program-correctional treatment have to development and effective of diversified program to prevention of prisoner&quot;s a second offense and return to social.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;And a crime is not tumble to social in the result failure, correctional pubic servant and we will be try to reintegration of prisoner.
