A Study on the Determinants of Beauty Salon Franchisee Longterm Orientations and Control Acceptance: An Application of Attribution Theory

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is following : First, there is to determine which factors influence on a performance attribution of a longterm orientation. Second, there is to determine the relationship between a satisfaction degree and a control accept and between a satisfaction degree and a longterm relationship.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 beauty salon manager but 71 data used in analysis. An analysis method was used regressional analyses. The result of this survey is following.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As franchisee&quot;s satisfaction degree is increasing, they accept a control of a franchisor and consent to a recontract. And the longterm orientation with a franchisor would increase when the franchisee attribute a performance satisfaction to an ability or a task difficulty which is stable rather than an effort or a luck which is unstable.
