&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this thesis is to examine effects of job turnover intention to employees" attitude in hairstylist. and give manager the method to manage employee effectively. This thesis has conceptualized the variables of job variables of attitude(job satisfaction and organizational commitment) as independent factors, the variables of turnover intention as dependent factors.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;For the empirical analysis, this study used SPSS/Win Ver. 10.0 and AMOS 4.0 and to analyse characteristics of sample, correlation among variables and influence this study has taken frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Results of examining the hypotheses and suggestions are as follows: the negative and significant relationship among a feeling of helplessness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment was proved. the positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction commitment and turnover intention was proved.
