&nbsp;&nbsp;1. CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The Green-Belt has been nearly managed for 40 years in Korea. In course of that, a land owner has been get a property damage, and an inhabitant near Green-Belt has been taken environmental benefit. Hereafter, to manage Green-belt effectively, it needs to estimate G.B on environmental angel. It is because of securing the objective validity on non-market respect.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;So the purpose of this paper is to presume the environmental benefit of G.B in using the data that investigated by Contingent Value on Method(CVM) in past.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Empirical analysis<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS <BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As details of research, we made the environmental benefit on G.B in through of estimation both the capital area or the noncapital area and the grade of G.B.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;We can propose that the environmental benefit of G.B in Korea is approximately estimated from 45,500 to 46,500 hundred million won yearly. And in case of changing to one ㎢, it can said 11.38 hundred million won in year.
