A Study on the conflict structures of the Apartment lease-House Interest Partners

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This thesis aims at making dwellers understand the effectiveness of apartment lease-house management by analyzing the partners! conflicts to improve their satisfaction.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This thesis use the descriptive, exploring, and analyzing methods through literature investigation and existing statistics.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;It is desirable for the apartment lease-house managers and the respective interest partners to classify themselves at three aspects, dwellers, management subjects, and the government(the apartment lease-house supplier) and look into how much they should take their roles systematically in the course of interactions, to analyze generated conflict structures, and to find solutions.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Apartment houses contain various conflicts and troubles because they are private properties, The conflicts can not swept away, So, they are the objects to be managed, and the negative influences, arisen by conflicts, must be decreased. For the purpose of managing public houses effectively, it needs to grasp conflict kinds and structure of public lease-houses which have strong characteristics of public properties.
