A Study on Issue Analysis about Devising the Process of Urban Regeneration Project - On the basis of Sewoon district -

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to document and analyse on the process of urban regeneration project since the special law for urban regeneration was established.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conduct a survey of this project process on "sewoon district." It is used by the interview and analysis of conference records.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;We found the problems of institution and support system in sewoon district project.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of this study can be summarized as follows;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, for ensuring public benefit attributes, it is necessary to establish a detailed article and a criterion of public project enforcement and infrastructure expense plan.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Second, it is important to readjust regulation about countermeasure for tenants in shopping district regeneration project.
