Small Ideas about Real Estate Goods Improvement

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Suppliers of real estate goods, constructors, developers and sellers, do their best to develop products that satisfy consumers&quot; desire who prefer better spaces. As a result, real estate goods have been improved. Such trends are presented in this paper, which is hoped to help suppliers to make preferred goods and spaces.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This paper presents recent of real estate goods improvement based largely on experiences in business home and abroad.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Real estate goods types examined are condominuim, studio apartment and office.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Improvements are analyzed with respect to decision of type of goods, decision of size and improvements at specific points. In addition to decision of type of goods and size, this paper presents 13 improvements of condominiums, 2 improvements of studio apartments and 3 improvements of offices.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;13 improvements of condominiums are about a use of corner of living room, a use of hall at entrance, making bathroom with view, division of bathroom and restroom, making bathroom with dress room and so on. 2 improvements of studio apartments are about division of residential/business use by floor and installation of public rest room at each floor. 3 improvements of offices are about selling by smaller size, making smoking area at nonsmoking office buildings and making public conference room, reception room and public warehouses.
