CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;There is the purpose of the place where it examines closely logically the size of the central places changes consequently in relationship city function and population size from central places and there is a place where it examines closely.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In order to attain a research objective, it applies the inside and outside of the country literature or research paper and the relation publications etc. which relates with a industry location model. It observes based on location in real estate economics. reflects the value of the real estate most highly in city land use form. It put on a various problems after investigating the developmental process etc. of central place in commercial location model, concretely comparison to investigate the contents of model.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The interrelation of city population size and service companies and being high it seems and there is to relationship with city function which it illustrates and population size and the size of the central place changes and it gives proof logically.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The sparsely populated district will have wider trading area in order to be sufficient smallest demand that regarding the relationship with city function and population size. But, in opposition this, according to difference of population density there being a possibility of changing to interval of central place.
