A Study on the Revitalization of Real Estate Consulting in Korea

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to revitalize the real estate consulting in Korea using the survey for specialists of real estate.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collect from the questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of the status of real estate market in Korea and the problems of real estate consulting regime. Especially this study used to the cross tabulation analysis and the analysis of variance (ANOVA).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the results of this survey, the most important problem is the absent of certificated licence of real estate consulting in Korea.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study offers two alternatives to improve the real estate consulting in Korea. 1) It is strongly suggested introducing an authorized licence system for real estate consulting. 2) But, it is restricted the specialists having an experts in real estate market.
