CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to analyse local resident conflict trait in new city develpoment process and local resident to understand their requirements.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study was focused on survey analysis. Data were gathered from local resident. Local residents were interviewed requirements and compensation issue. Especially this study used to the crosstabulation analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study offers three alternatives to the conflict management in the new ci tv development process. 1) Requires the participation of residents in the development process. 2) For a variety of ways to resolve the compensation issue is needed. 3) Conflicts management between local residents solution is needed.
