CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to analyse the condition of remodeling business in Busan City area using the survey for the persons interested in the business.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collected from the questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of the condition and future outlook of remodeling business in Busan City area.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In the results of this survey, the most important policy is the financial support for the remodeling company,<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study offers two major points to activate the remodeling business in Eusan City area. 1)It is mostly important to consider real estate market condition 2)construction companies of midde standing in Busan City area will be benefited.
