A Study on the Research Residential Satisfaction of Permanent Rental Housing in Seoul

&nbsp;&nbsp;1. CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to research residential satisfaction of permanent rental housing in Seoul. Permanent rental housing was supplied from 1989 to 1993 in order to solve out the residential problems of low-income bracket. However, because permanent rental housing was built 15 years ago, they became decrepit by long usage. There, remodeling or re-conduction of permanent rental housing has required.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study identified the factors determining the residential satisfaction of permanent rental housing from the previous studies and analyzed the impact of each determinant through the Regression analysis on the residents. Considering on previous study of residential satisfaction influence on residents, basing influence the internal environment of the permanent rental housing, economical factor, social-psychologic factor.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Frequency, Crosstabulation Analysis, Regression analysis<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of this study shows that the residents of permanent rental housing had residential satisfaction by 3.33. They had landscape architecture satisfaction by 3.45, wallpaper and floor satisfaction by 3.26, garden within complex satisfaction by 3.25.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The analysis showed that internal environment of the permanent rental housing, economical factor, and social-psychologic factor positive affected the residential satisfaction of permanent rental housing.
