A Study on improvement and satisfaction index of Completed Development Projects

CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;According to development time, A point to requirement in housing land development projects have been changing from improvement in fragmentary physical environment to qualitative of life in diversified aspects. Estimation of satisfaction is achieved in housing land completed development project, but is some insufficient in efficient improvement countermeasure about problem.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this research, we suggested which way of effective improvement that considered estimation of residents satisfaction and specialist opinions about the completed development project.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Empirical analysis<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH FINDINGS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As details of research, we made an estimation of customer satisfaction and specialist opinions and, estimate completed development project through analytical method like CSI or IPA and so on. We suggest the way that can improve problem about improvement requirement which linked with construction and plan of the project data.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;We present the way that can improve and find problem of the step about construction and plan of the study project area, and suggested to item that should be considered on plan of development project hereafter.
