CONTENTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;As buildings for reconstruction are increasing, people are raising concern.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;But, since there were problems with association organized by amateurs, various irrationality and lack of regulations and system, it is the reality that the progress is not as good as it was expected. So examining the issue of reconstruction business and guiding issue to the improvement solution will be needed in this paper.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(2) RESEARCH METHOD<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Various reference books, publications and research papers are consulted and this research has been proceeded by methodology of interview with expert of reconstruction business.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;(3) RESEARCH RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Theoretical improvement solution was presented through the interview with expert about the analyzed reconstruction business.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;2. RESULTS<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The improvement solutions that are introducing of objective standard of approved building for reconstruction, taking countermeasure against purposeful careless of management for the old and bad house, reexamination for standard of reconstruction business permission, introducing of objective standard for evaluation of traffic and taking countermeasure against tenants about the problems that are ambiguities of standard of approved building for reconstruction, purposeful careless of management for the old and bad house, aggravation of environment and view of city, cause of traffic jam and lack of countermeasure for tenants that appeared on the reconstruction are presented.
