An Explorative Study on Generalization of a Port Logistics Service Quality Measurement Model

&nbsp;&nbsp;Due to their economic importance and ripple effects on the whole country, container ports have been perceived as a major source of national wealth in many countries.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In this sense, Port Logistics Service Quality(PLSQ) has become one of the most widely debated topics. Some researchers have tried to establish PLSQ concept and develop PLSQ Measurement Models. For the most part, however, recent critical debates about developing PLSQ Measurement Models have tended to center around the question of examining the dimension of the Factor. Up to now, the researchers pay scant attention to the generalization of PLSQ Measurement Models. In this paper I propose to solve the problem by investigating and testing the factor invariance of the PLSQ Measurement Model.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study has two aims: (a) to enrich one&quot;s understanding of factor invariance test (b) to show its procedure with actual data. The significance of the study rests upon introducing the concept of the new method and applying it to the related field. This method needs further consideration.
