The Electronic trade is a worldwide phenomenon. This paper investigates the determinants of export competitiveness for information innovation of electronic trade in small and medium-sized firms. A survey questionnaire was sent to 150 small and medium-sized firms in Korea, and 108 usable responses were obtained. The 108 samples are analyzed with TAM(Technology Acceptance Model).<BR> Multiple regression results show that e-trade factors are positively affected by overseas export marketing, trade practice and small and medium-sized globalization, e-trade infra-factor. However, manager"s information do not affect in information innovation acceptance. Also, the result of this analysis showed that the information innovation acceptance as independence is statistically significant.<BR> This article suggests that analysis of the effect of electronic trade on information-innovation-acceptance should take account of the export competitiveness in small and medium-sized firms.
