국제물류업자의 핵심능력과 지속가능한 경쟁우위 및 성과에 관한 연구

A Study on the Core Competencies, Sustainable Competitive, and Performance of International Physical Distributor

  본 연구는 경영관리분야에서 많이 연구되고 있는 자원기반이론에 근거하여 국제물류업자의 내적자원ㆍ내적능력과 같은 핵심능력 국제물류업자간의 전략적 제휴, 그리고 혁신이 지속가능한 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하였다. 이와 더불어 지속가능한 경쟁우위가 성과에 영향을 미치는가도 분석하였다. 회귀 분석결과 국제물류업자의 내적핵심능력인 내적자원과 내적능력의 요인들이 지속가능한 경쟁우위의 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 국제물류업자의 외적요인인 전략적 제휴요인과 혁신요인들도 지속가능한 경쟁우위요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 뿐만 아니라 혁신요인은 내적능력요인에도 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 지속 가능한 경쟁우위의 요인은 재무적 성과요인과 비재무적 성과요인에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this article was to study the relationships of core competencies such as internal resources, internal capabilities on sustainable competitive advantage of international physical distributor according to the resource-based view of the firms. In addition, external factors such as strategic alliance, innovation affecting sustainable competitive advantage were examined.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Stepwise regression method was used to analysis the relationship between independent variables and dependent factor. Results indicate that core competences such as internal resources, internal capabilities positively influence sustainable competitive advantage of international physical distributor at the significant level(0.05). And external factors such as strategic alliance and innovation also positively influence sustainable competitive advantage. In addition, sustainable competitive advantage positively influence the performance.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The results of this study provide the based perceptions for conducting future strategic planning of international physical distributor. But only 102 samples were used in this study because of budget and time constraints. Therefore future research might incorporate more sample for a better predict of the cause and effect relationship.
