여자청소녀 폭력비행의 실태 및 대응방안

A Study on the Violent Delinquency of Female Juvenile : Characteristics and Countermeasures

  현재 우리나라 여자청소년의 폭력비행은 나날이 증가추세에 있으며 질적 특징에 있어서도 심각해지고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 기존의 학계의 여러 연구에서는 일반적인 청소년 비행의 실태 및 원인, 그라고 대책에 관해서 논하였을 뿐, 여자청소년의 특징을 고려한 연구는 많지 않아서 대책 마련에도 미흡하였었다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 여자청소년의 비행에 관해 이론적 설명으로 성 역할사회화이론과 권력통제이론, 그리고 가부장이론으로 나누어 살펴보았으며, 공식통계와 기존 연구 자료에 나타난 여자청소년의 폭력비행의 실태와 특징에 대해 살펴보았다. 여자청소년의 폭력비행에 대한 대책으로는 첫째, 가족 간의 유대강화, 둘째, 학교폭력방지에 관한 교육프로그램의 강화, 셋째, 대인관계훈련프로그램지원, 넷째, 여자비행청소년의 특성에 맞춘 특화프로그램의 활성화를 제시하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Today, the violent delinquent rates of korean female juvenile are increasing, and the qualitative characters are also becoming more serious. However many studies of existing academic world mainly discuss the characteristics, causes, and countermeasures of general juvenile delinquency, the topic of female juvenile violence has long been neglected and unstudied so that the countermeasures of female delinquency was insufficient.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Therefore this article considers the causes of female delinquency that are divided into sex-role socialization, power-control, and patriarchal theory, and examines the characteristics and countermeasures of female juvenile violence delinquency that were presented in official statistics and existing research materials.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Consequently, this article notes four countermeasures of female juvenile violence delinquency that are (1) relationship reinforcement of family, (2) buildup of training programs on school violence prevention, (3) support of personal relationship training programs, (4) activation of gender-specific programs.
