A Study On The Moderating Effects Of Information System Characteristic Between Social Capital And Knowledge Sharing

&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구는 사회자본과 정보시스템 특성이 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하려는 것이다. 문헌 연구를 통하여 독립변수로 사회자본 구성요소인 관계적, 구조적, 인지적 사회자본을 채택하였으며 조절변수로서 정보시스템 특성의 집중성, 압축성 포괄성 시간성 등으로 지시공유와의 관계를 분석하였다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;분석결과 사회자본이 지시공유에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 정보시스템 특성이 사회자본과 지식공유 관계에서 정적인 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 연구에서는 연구결과의 의미와 향후 연구과제를 제안했다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study identifies the Moderating Effects of Information System Characteristic between Social Capital and Knowledge Sharing. The major findings of this study may be summarized as : The results of this study were as follows. Organizational social capital was divided into three dimensions, and the each dimension showed positive correlation Second, Information System Characteristic reveals the moderating effect between Social Capital and Knowledge.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;But, in conjunction with a few variable numbers, there is necessary to make perfect through its follow-up research. And also there showed considerable difficulties concerning the classification or mutual comparison of objectives of this project, because of the objectives as sub unit have showed similar condition about social capital standard. Accordingly, in the future, there is necessary to be researched continually through the solution for these problems.
