&nbsp;&nbsp;교수설계자가 갖추어야 할 역량에 대해 국내ㆍ외 많은 학자들이 연구해 왔지만, 실제적으로 교수설계자들의 역량중요도와 역량실행도를 분석하고 파악한 연구는 거의 없다. 이 시점에서 e-learning의 활성화와 질적 향상을 위한 전문인력의 역량 및 전문성의 중요성을 인식하고, 국내 e-learning 교수설계자들의 역량중요도와 역량실행도를 파악해 보는 것이 의미있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 e-learning 전문인력 중 다양한 역할을 수행하고 있는 e-learning 교수설계자들을 대상으로, 그들의 역량중요도과 역량실행도를 분석해 보고, 선행연구들의 결과를 검증하고자 함은 물론 e-learning 교수설계자들의 역량개발에 도움을 줄 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;총 50개 업체에서 120부를 회수하였으며, 이 중 응답이 누락되었거나 잘못 기재하여 분석에 적합하지 않은 8부를 제외하고 총 112부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, e-learning 교수설계자들의 역량중요도과 역량실행도를 분석하고 유의미한 차이가 있는지 분석하기 위해 항목별로 대응표본 t-검정(paired t-test)을 실시하였고, 자료분석 방법으로 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis: IPA)을 활용하였다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;Though many studies progressed about e-Learning instructional designers&quot; competencies, no study that was analyzed the difference between importance-performance of e-Learning instructional designers&quot; competencies actually. In this time, we must recognize the importance of e-Learning instructional designers&quot; competencies and professional manpower. So it will have a huge meaning to analyze the degree of e-Learning instructional designers&quot; competencies and to validate the findings of the preceding studies.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This study is expected to provide the basis for the education program development that may facilitate the development of e-Learning instructional designers by assessing the competencies of e-Learning instructional designers using an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA).<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;The questionnaire were restructured through the validation by 3 experts and composed of 37 questions. 8 questionnaire sheets were excluded which were not properly filled in or unsuitable for the analysis, and therefore, a total of 112 questionnaires were used for the final analysis.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Collected data was statistically analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 for Windows statistical package. The paired t-test was conducted to analyze the difference between importance-performance of e-Learning instructional designers&quot; competencies, and examine whether any significant difference exists.
