부산항 노사관계 주체별 실태와 개선방안

A Study On The Reality And Improvement Scheme Of Industrial Relations Subjects In Susan Port

  본 연구는 부산항의 지속적 발전을 위해 항만노동문제에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 부산항 노사관계 주체의 혁신이 절실히 요청되고 있다는 문제의식을 바탕으로 부산항 노사관계의 조직적 주체에 대한 실태분석을 통해 주체의 혁신방안을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 문헌연구와 부산항 노사관계 주체들에 대한 면접조사를 주로 사용하였다. 연구결과로서 부산항 노사관계주체들의 실태를 체계적으로 분석한 후 호혜성론과 전략적 선택론에 근거한 신노사관계의 관점에서 노사관계주체들의 조직, 이념, 전략 및 상호관계 측면의 문제점을 정리하고 부산항 노사관계 발전의 전략을 효과적으로 실시하는 차원에서 요구되는 주체별 개선방안을 주체별 실태를 고려하면서 제시하였다.

  The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement scheme of industrial relations subjects in Busan Port through analysing the reality of industrial relations subjects. Research methods are literature analysis and interview with industrial relations subjects in Busan. As results of study, this study analyses the reality of industrial relations subjects systematically and suggests problems in relation with organization, idea, strategy and interrelation of industrial relations subjects in new industrial relations perspective based on reciprocity concept and strategic choice theory. In the conclusion this study suggests the improvement scheme of industrial relations subjects needed to practice effectively the improvement strategy of industrial relations in Busan Port in consideration with the reality of industrial relations subjects.
