A Study on Influence Factors of Casino Dealer"s Education Training Conducted by Casino

  The purpose of this study is the relationship of work accomplishment and dealer"s training. the purpose of this study, related theories are researched and analyzed through theoretical consideration. It comes to the summary of the results through the practical analysis of this study. It is as following.l.It makes provision different education training for dealers in casino.2. It needs division of education of period and training subject.3. It has to bring in the extended education program for dealers. 4.It needs to select and train the trainer of dealers in charge.It needs to select trainers who work in casino currently because they grasp service problem and necessary service in work place. Most of dealers who works are not satisfied with service training which is training now. Therefore it needs to select some dealers who are working currently and plan a training program for dealers.
