A Study on Legal Affair of cash transactions in Online Game-Item

&nbsp;&nbsp;Recently, online game industry of Korea is growing up rapidly. The growth of online game industry brings new problem of regulation on cash-transactions in online game-items.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;In spite of the permission for the transactions in item to game-users on game-program, game-providers prohibit cash-transactions on the standard contractual terms and conditions for game user.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;This article deals with the legal study of cash-transactions in online game-items. In Chapter 2 the meaning and types of the game-items in online game are roughly summarized. Chapter 3 reviews the general survey of cash-transactions in online game-items and Chapter 4 reviews the system of cash-transactions in online game-items.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;We must legislate for the permission for cash -transactions in online game-item by adjusting rational profit of game-users and game-providers.
