The restricts of interior soft environmental factors to China enterprise innovation and improvement - Compared with enterprises innovation in Japan and South Korean

  It is important for enterprises to hold system viewpoint to carry on the enterprise innovation. This article summarizes various factors which influence enterprise innovation,and points out the significance of analyzing enterprise interior soft environment. After studying the experiences of enterprise innovation in Japan and SouthKorea, the article concludes that China enterprise innovation has been restricted by following factors :enterprise management idea, entrepreneur"s innovation spirit, enterprise innovation culture, business management system, and etc.. Finally, the article proposes relative countermeasures to improve it.
