청소년의 환경변인이 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향

The Environments Variables that Affect Adolescents" Creative Personality

  본 연구에서는 청소년의 가정환경과 교실환경 변인들이 창의적 인성에 어떠한 영항을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 시내의 중ㆍ고등학생들 357명을 대상으로 창의적 인성 검사와 가정환경, 교실환경 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 이용해 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과가 나타났다. 청소년들의 창의적 인성은 가정환경의 하위변인인 지적자극, 격려지지 요인이 가장 의미 있는 설명력을 나타냈으며 교실환경에서는 교사의 관심, 수업참여, 급우관계 등의 순서로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 성별에 따른 차이점으로 남자청소년은 교실환경의 급우관계, 가정환경의 격려지지, 지적자극 요인 순으로 창의적 인성에 영향을 받았으며, 여자청소년은 교실환경의 수업혁신, 가정환경의 격려지지, 교실환경의 급우관계 요인 순으로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study are as follows;<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;First, to survey the relation of home environment and classroom environment connected with creative personality. Second, to survey are there any different relation of home environment and classroom environment connected with creative personality by the sex. Third, to survey the relative predictive power of environment variables in predicting students&quot; creative personality. Fourth, to survey the relative predictive power of environment variables in predicting students&quot; creative personality by sex. Test for students&quot; creative personality, home environment and school environment were administered to 357 middle and high school students. Data were analyzed by person&quot;s correlation and stepwise multiple regression. Results indicated that the students the students&quot; creative personality was correlated significantly to the home and school environment. The multiple regression analyses demonstrated the renovation teaching and encouragement and support were the significant predictors of the factors of students&quot; creative personality. Finally limitation of this study and the direction for future research were discussed.
