The super-hydrophobic surface has been fabricated by various methods. For mass-production, it was needed to fabricate the super-hydrophobic pattern on mold surface. We fabricated the super-hydrophobic pattern on mold surface(NAK80) using laser ablation method. The super-hydrophobic pattern was transferred on PDMS. The contact angle experiment of patterned PDMS show super-hydrophobic characteristics (A contact angle is above 160°). By using the injection molding of super-hydrophobic pattern on mold, a cheap super-hydrophobic surface can be fabricated.
