This study was conducted to create an effective plan for the activation of province food festival by culture tourism resources, which in turn is aimed at activating the local tourism industry and developing diverse tourism attraction.<BR> We tried to confirm the presence and possibility of establishing a viable province food festival by culture tourism resources in Gangwon Province. The food festival used to take place in many local province with the purpose of showing their own tradition and culture to others, providing better quality of life to the local inhabitants and at the same time promoting their own products. A good festival resources product which has developed through these process can be used as one-source, multi-use marketing strategy. In this study it handle with the point of the plan to promote of province food festival by culture tourism resources. The success or failure of the provinces food festival is depends on the ensemble between the plan to promote and planning factors. This study tries to find out the plan to promote of province food festival by culture tourism resources. I hope that a further study to overcome this limitations are being expected and would keep some more comparative study between the operation managers and the participators for promote of province food festival.
