지식근로자의 노동시장 지위에 따른 일과 생활의 만족에 관한 연구

A Study On Knowledge Workers" Job Satisfaction And Life Satisfaction According To Their Position In Labor Market

  지식경제시대에서 생존ㆍ성장하기 위해 기업이 가장 우선순위를 두고 준비해야 하는 것이 바로 지식 근로자의 육성이다. 본 연구는 지식근로자의 중요성이 확대되고 있는 시점에서, 전체 근로자와 비교하여 지식근로자들이 일과 생활에 어느 정도 만족하는지 그 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 지식근로와 개인특성(성별ㆍ연령별ㆍ학력별), 노동시장지위(산업별, 고용형태별, 지역별)의 상호관계도 규명하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 우리는 일과 생활의 질에 기여하는 또 하나의 요소가 지식근로인 것을 파악하게 되었으며, 지식 근로자들의 실제 만족도 수준을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 기업에 지식근로자의 육성과 개발에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The purpose of this study is to analyze that job satisfaction and life satisfaction of knowledge workers. This study intends to verify that knowledge workers&quot; satisfaction is influenced by their personal trait factors(sex, age, educational attainment) and their position in labor market(regular work, industry, occupation, region). For this study, the sample consisted 1787 persons that is sampling the Korean Labor &amp; Income Panel Study of Korea Labor Institute.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;Consequently, knowledge workers have a high level of job satisfaction and life satisfaction than non-knowledge workers. The results of this study provide an useful information to company.
