IT 전문 인력양성을 위한 현실적 산학협력시스템 모델

&nbsp;&nbsp;우리나라는 정보통신부가 지난 10년간 1조 5천억 원 규모의 재원을 사용하여 우수 IT인력양성에 힘써왔다. 특히 2005년 이후에는 산업체 요구에 부응하기 위해 교육품질을 높이기 위한 다양한 인력양성 사업을 전개하고 있지만 실질적으로 유용한 인재육성에 대한 어려움은 여전하다. 최근 나타나는 IT인력수요의 양극화 현상은 IT인력 양성과 수급 효율화를 위해서 질적인 수준을 조정하는 방안의 개발이 필요하게되었음을 시사한다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;IT기술의 발전은 다른 분야의 기술개발에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 한편, IT기술의 확산을 가져온다. 특히 뚜렷한 잠재력을 가진 IT기술은 타 분야의 생산성을 높일 뿐만 아니라, 산업구조의 변화를 야기할수 있다. 국가의 경쟁력 제고의 중요한 성장 동력으로 부각되는 IT기술의 발전을 위하여 핵심연구인력 양성과 기업체에서 요구하는 현장기술 인력양성이 시급하다.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;본 논문에서는 IT산업의 인력양성의 장애요인으로 작용하는 문제점을 해소하고 IT산업의 특성을 반영한 구조적 관점에서 전문 인력의 양성을 원활하게 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 IT산업의 현황과 문제점 분석을 통하여 IT산업의 동향과 인력의 추이를 전망하고 현재 국내외에서 진행 중인 산학 협력 프로그램의 분석을 통하여 IT인력의 양적, 질적 불일치를 해결하기 위한 현실적인 산학협력 시스템모델을 도출하고자 한다.

&nbsp;&nbsp;The Ministry of Information and Communication of Korea has endeavored to culture the excellent IT manpower for the past 10 years by using financial resources sized 1,500 billion won. Especially, Since 2005 it has developed varied projects to train manpower to enhance the quality of education so as to meet the demands of the industry but it remains really difficult to nurture the useful personnel. The polarization of IT manpower demand appearing recently suggests that it is necessary to develop the device to adjust the qualitative level for the culture of IT Manpower and the efficiency of the demand and supply. The development of Information Technology has a positive influence upon the technical development of other fields and brings the spread of IT. Especially Information and Technology with a distinct potential not only enhance the productivity of other areas but also brings about the change of the industrial structure. It is urgent that we should culture the key research personnel for the development of IT which appears as an important growth engine to enhance the national competitiveness and train the manpower in the field technology needed in the industry. In this study we are suggesting a general plan to relieve the problems acting as an obstacle factor in training manpower of IT industry and smoothen the nurture of professional manpower in the structural viewpoint reflecting the property of IT industry. For this purpose we attempt to prospect the tendency of IT industry and the transition of manpower through the analysis of the situations and problems of IT industry and draw the real industrial and academic cooperation system model through the analysis of the industrial and academic cooperation program currently being progressed domestically and overseas.
