A Study on the Facial shapes and the Eyebrow Make-up

The shape of eyebrows, among the parts on the face, is a decisive factor to determine the facial image. Therefore, it is significant in make-up to study shapes of eyebrows and facial images. The study intends to change an image of a person by studying and applying basic shapes and images to different faces. This study analyzed functions and shapes of faces and classified facial shapes into seven types. In addition, it reviewed characteristics of eyebrow types by analyzing eyebrow functions and shapes. The change in facial image by eyebrow make-up follows. In conclusion, to have the effective eyebrow make-up by one's facial images, it has to understand different facial shapes with the comprehensive images of the eye, the nose, and the mouth, to have the balanced eyebrow make-up, especially in consideration of influential variables such as the angle of the eyebrow, the direction of the eyebrow tails, and its colors.
