A Study on Information Classification for Japanese SOX Act Systems Database Management Systems and Information Classification Method

That is, the each local government become into “Decentralization days” with self decision and self responsibility. As a result, an appropriate decision making is requested for each municipality. To do decision making appropriately, quality of information became important with amount of information. And more, the one that becomes to be a big point is “Japanese SOX Act”. In this, information management accomplishes big role. The reason is that information shows various roles. So, this paper considers what kind of information management is requested because of Japanese SOX law systems. And more, document management in information management is made a main issue. Especially, the information classification that becomes basic of “Database Management Systems (DBMS)” is discussed in this paper.
