교육연구에서 계층분석과정의 활용가능성 연구

An Application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process in Educational Research

본 연구는 의사결정이 요구되는 교육연구에 있어 계층분석과정의 적용 가능성에 대하여 살펴보았다. 계층분석과정은 쌍대비교를 통해 요인들의 상대적 중요도를 계산하고 대안을 선택할 수 있는 유용한 의사결정도구이다. 계층분석과정은 이미 다양한 분야에 성공적으로 적용되고 있으며, 최근 유아, 초등, 중등, 고등교육 분야관련 연구에서도 그 적용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 교육연구에서 계층분석과정의 활용 가능성은 다음과 같다. 교육은 고도의 의사결정 분야로 개인과 집단의 의견을 과학적으로 종합할 수는 계층분석과정의 적용이 요구된다. 또한 계층분석과정은 교육관련 의사결정결과의 신뢰성을 확보해줄 수 있는 중요한 도구이다. 계층분석과정을 적용할 수 있는 교육연구는 각급학교 행정, 교사, 수업, 그리고 학교 평가, 평가준거의 가중치분석연구, 교구교재 선정, 교육방법의 선택 등 다양한 교육문제에 활용이 가능하다.

This study were to research for an application of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in educational research. The AHP model is a very useful decision-making model designed to compute the relative weights for factors and to select alternatives through “pairwise comparison” in the context of hierarchical structure. The AHP has already been successfully applied in a variety of fields, and it is recently that using the AHP in educational research increased gradually. Applicabilities of the AHP in educational research are as follows. Education is decision-making, therefore, an application of the AHP in educational research is reasonable. And the AHP is a powerful decision-making method designed to ensure the reliability of educational decision-making results. The AHP can be applied to select educational administration, to evaluate teacher, instruction, and school, to analysis weights for evaluation criteria, and so on.
