예비 유아교사들의 교직관에 관한 연구

A study on the pre-servics teachers’ view on the teaching profession

본 연구는 보육과와 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비 유아교사들의 교직관은 어떤지를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 전공과 학년에 따른 인식차이를 분석해 봄으로써 교사교육에서 강조되어야 할 부분은 어떤 것인지, 교사의 자격 및 전문성 개발을 위한 교육과정 등을 통해 어떤 측면을 고려해 볼 수 있는지에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고 예비교사들의 바람직한 교직관을 확립에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 연구의 목적을 두었다. 연구결과 예비 교사들은 학년이 높아질수록 교직과 관련된 인식의 수준이 높게 나타났으며 전공에 따른 교직관에 대한 인식은 유아교육전공자들이 보육과 학생들이 비해 전반적으로 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 예비 유아교사들의 올바른 교직관 확립을 위한 교육과 연구에 대한 시사점과 제언을 하였다.

This study investigates pre-servics teachers’ view on the teaching profession. Subjects were 229 pre-service teachers at department of Early Childhood Education & Educare at A College in Gyonggi Do. Data were analyzed by Means, %, t-test and F-test, pearson’s correlation analysis using the SPSS 15.0 +computer program. To accomplish this purpose, the following questions should be researched : 1. What is the pre-service teachers’ view on the teaching profession? 1-1. Is there any differency in the pre-service teachers’ recognition of teaching profession in major? 1-2. Is there any differency in the pre-service teachers’ recognition of teaching profession in grade? The major results of this study are as followings : First, the difference in the recognition of teaching profession is statistically found between major which is dept. of Early Childhood Education and dept. of Educare Second, the differency is statistically founded the recognition of reaching profession in grade. Third, It shows they were correlated with the personal quality and recognition of teaching profession in the subcategories of the pre-service teachers’.
