The purpose of this paper is to compare environmental accounting in Japan with it in other countries. Environmental problems are one of the problems in this century for human beings. Many accounting scholars are researching environmental accounting. But the concept of environment accounting is not completed. In this paper environmental accounting of company in Japan is introduced. In conclusion it is mentioned that popularization of environmental accounting of Japan is important to solve environment problems for us. I hope that many scholars in China and Korea join this research with me.
