6시그마 활동은 기업의 혁신 활동에 있어서 최고의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 대표적인 혁시방법으로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 6시그마의 활동에 있어서 성공요인과 물류성과와의 관계를 분석하고자 하였으며 선행연구를 통하여 6시그마의 성공요인과 물류성과의 요소를 파악하고 설문조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 6시그마 도입이 물류성과에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 6시그마를 적용하고 있는 기업들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과로 6시그마의 성공요인은 물류성과에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 검증되었으며 정보공유, 경영층의 참여 및 동참, 성과 및 보상의 요인이 물류서비스와 물류비 절감에 효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다

The effect of Six Sigma activities on business performance is focused on case studies of companies adopting Six Sigma. The study analyses on the relation of Logistics Performance and a successful factors in Six Sigma activities. The method used in this research was to select the research model and research hypothesis based on theoretical studies and the interesting aspects of Six Sigma, along with case studies and research based on actual proof. in this research, the effect of Six Sigma Implementation on logistics Performance will be checked based on case studies involving companies adopting Six Sigma. The results are the following, The Effect of Six Sigma Implementation on logistics Performance was verified that there are effects about Logistics Service and saving Logistics Cost.
