The purpose of this study was to analyze types of scientific emotion and the degree of scientific emotion on the generation of knowledge of hypothesis-testing methods. Subjects for this study were administered to 63 college students in inventing hypothesis test methods tasks and 149 college students in hypothesis evaluate tasks. Four tasks were developed that are suitable for the generation of knowledge of hypothesis-testing methods. The subjects recorded their generated knowledge of hypothesis-testing methods and emotions through self-report questionnaire, performing each tasks of the generation of science-knowledge. The strength of their scientific emotions were also measured using adjective emoticon check lists. In inventing hypothesis test methods tasks, they showed 34.1% of interest other dyads, and 32.9% of disgust basic emotion, respectively. Also in hypothesis evaluate tasks, types of emotion were shown as 35.1% of disgust which was biggest part, 18.2% of interest other dyads, respectively. Primary dyads was come out from the generation of knowledge of hypothesis-testing methods.
