30 GHz MMIC Oscillator 설계

The 30 GHz frequency generator has been designed using ETRI GaAs foundry. This is constructed with 15 GHz DRO(Dielectric Resonator Oscillator) and 15/30 GHz Frequency doubler. The DRO configuration has common-source feedback, and DT will be mounted on alumina substrate. The DRO is predicted 15.68 dBm output power at 15 GHz and has the chip size of 1208 × 630 um². The frequency doubler configuration is common-source harmonic amplifier with a 15 GHz BRF(Band Rejection Filter). The 30 GHz power spertrum has about 15dBm and chip size is 2293 × 1659 um².
