And it takes the necessary measures that is connected with Gyeong-ju world culture EXPO. First greatest problem for the Gyeong-ju to solve is restoration of the royal capital in Shilla Dynastry. So that urgently needed to organize a committee for special field brain. Second is to set up a memorial hall for the great names of Shilla history and a gallery on the Gyeong-ju of history remains. Third is to restore a many ruined temple, and specially a tower of Hwang-ryoung temple.
