This research is based on defining how the Taekwondo based performance “Jump” has had an effect on Taekwondo's recognition and preference in a demographical sense. In order to accomplish this we surveyed 220 volunteers that had watch the show “Jump” between September 8th, 2007 to September 9th 2007 and have used 181 of them as real data in this analysis. The survey was composed of 6 questions on Taekwondo recognition prior to the show, 5 questions on Taekwondo preference prior to the show, 6 questions on Taekwondo recognition after seeing the show, 5 questions on Taekwondo preference after seeing the show, and 3 simple demographical questions. The data collected was processed by SPSS 12.0 statics program used in Windows in order to figure out the relations between the factors, Cronbach's alphs was also applied to prove the reliability and validity of the data. In order to prove the relations between gender and previous experiences in Taekwondo, we used the t-test. We used a counter specimen t-test in order to find out changes in Taekwondo recognition and preference prior and after the show. We also used a variable per factor analysis to figure out how different ages of people reacted after watching the show and in order to find out the relation between these factors we have applied a simple linear periodic analysis. As a result, we were able to come to several conclusions and one of them was that regarding the gender and previous training experience in the population statistics there was a change only in Taekwondo recognition area after seeing “Jump”. Secondly, there was a significant change in Taekwondo recognition and preference prior and after watching the show “Jump” in a demographical sense. Last, after watching the show “Jump” there was a noticeable aftereffect in a demographical sense. Giving the data above, we might increase more Taekwondo shows which will increase Taekwondo recognition and preference; which will give people more reasons to have positive motivations to attend Taekwondo so that Taekwondo might find is cultural industrial value.
