A Study on Field Tests of ISO Standard 17123-8 GNSS RTK

국제표준화기구(ISO)에서 장비에 대한 표준화작업을 ISO/TC172에서 관리하고 있으며 산하의 전문위원회인 SC6에 속해있는 ISO17123 1～8은 주로 측량장비의 정밀도를 참조할 때 인용되는 표준으로 그중 ISO17123-8 규격은 실시간 이동측위(GNSS RTK)의 정확도를 결정할 때 사용하는 야외실험절차와 규정을 명시하고 있다. 본 연구는 기기시험과 관련된 ISO17123 규격에 대하여 조사, 분석하고 ISO17123-8 GNSS RTK 규격의 테스트 방법을 토대로 경일대 구내에 GPS상시관측소와 검기선표석을 결합하는 Test-bed를 설치하고 시험절차에 따라 GNSS RTK 관측을 통해 정확도를 평가하였으며 이를 KS규격에 반영하고 각종 작업규정에 반영해야 함을 제안하고 있다.

This study notice and focus on the standard Real Time Kinematic(RTK) specification of accuracy in the field testing process and regulations which is recommand in Technical commission SC6 of ISO17123-8 family and ISO/TC127 for the surveying instrument. It also survey and analysis the ISO17123 with testbed and ISO17123-8 GNSS RTK specification testing method by GPS CORS and check-line monument located in the Kyung-il University. For this GNSS-RTK test, analysis and test the GNSS RTK result in the test-bed by test procedures.
