A Study on the King' name of Go-Gu-Rye

This Purpose of research is that presents word structure and meaning of King' name of Go-Gu-Rye on the basis of the former time debate and moreover tries to help to reconstruct the sound system and the word system of Go-Gu-Rye. The characteristic of King' name of Go-Gu-Rye is not chinese character name. That is a proper-noun composed of Korean. The type used until 20th King Jang-su, after this, generalized chinese character name. King' name is written rotation word just as ‘大解朱留王·小解朱留王’ and ‘東川王·中川王·西川王·美川王’, and prefix ‘故-’ just as 故國川王·故國原王·故國壤王. This phenomenon reveals King' name of Baek-je as well as Go-Gu-Rye.
