글로벌 물류에 있어 e-Logistics 서비스 확대 방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Activation of e-Logistics Service in Global Logistics

국제 물류관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해서는 다양한 물류 기능들을 적절히 통합하고 연계하여 각 기능들의 상호작용이 원활이 이행되도록 하는 최적의 글로벌 물류시스템을 구축하는 것이 무엇보다도 필요하지만, 이는 실로 어려운 일이다. 또한 이러한 물류 기능들이 상호 연계된 시스템을 구축하기 위한 기술적 표준화도 어려운 문제이며, 글로벌 네트워크를 구축하여 수출입국간에 원활한 물류흐름과 물류정보의 제공이라는 고객들의 요구를 충족하는 것도 어려운 문제일 수밖에 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 아직까지 개념정립이 안되고 있는 e-Logistics와 물류정보시스템의 개념을 구분하고, 글로벌 물류 서비스를 확대하기 위한 기본적 수단으로 e-Logistics 서비스의 선진화 및 지리적 확대 방안을 제시하면서 나아가 물류 주체간 물류정보시스템의 통합적인 연계 방안과 동북아 물류협력을 통한 e-Logistics 서비스 확대방안을 제시하고자 한다.

For the efficient execution of global logistics management, it is absolutely necessary but difficult to build an optimal global logistics system where each function is smoothly interacted through the proper integration and the link of various logistics functions. It is also not easy to standardize technological specifications for building a system where those logistics functions are mutually connected. Another concern is to meet customer needs by providing logistics information and a seamless flow of logistics among ex-import nations. This study aims to distinguish and establish the concepts of e-Logistics and logistic information system. In order to expand the global logistics service, it is proposed to advance the service of e-Logistics and extend its geographic area as a basic mean. Furthermore, it suggest that the main parties have integrative link for the logistics information system and that the service of e-Logistics be promoted through logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia.
