A study on the settlement plan of hollowing-out of industry

한 국가가 모든 제조업을 갖기는 어려우며, 그것은 오히려 비효율적일 수도 있다는 점에서 임금상승 등으로 인한 고비용 구조로 경쟁력을 상실한 경우나 해외시장의 개척 등을 위해 해외로 이전하는 것은 당연한 결과이다. 그러나 현재 경쟁우위 산업이 국내에 충분한 투자기회가 있음에도 불구하고 국내투자를 외면하고 해외투자를 과도하게 할 경우나 노사분규, 과도한 정부규제로 인해 해외투자를 증가시킨다면 국민경제에 부정적인 영향을 줄 수도 있다. 따라서 부가가치가 낮은 산업이 해외로 이전할 경우에도 부가가치가 높은 제조업과 비제조업을 지속적으로 개척하여 고용을 창출하고 산업구조를 고도화시키는 것이 중요한 과제가 된다.

Recently, the foreign direct investment of Korea has increased rapidly. In time, by the openness and globalization, the foreign direct investment will be continued to increase highly. So the foreign direct investment of Korean enterprises are expected to a high degree. In this study, by the increase of the foreign direct investment, the change of deindustrialization is investigated and analyzed. And the more, the settlement plan is summarized in several parts, to improve the competitive power of the local industry, to upbringing venture enterprises, to promote to invite positively the foreign enterprises to Korea, to raise and develop the comparative advantage industry.
