한국 관세행정 정보화 구축 성과의 결정요인에 관한 실증적 연구

An Empirical Study on the Determinant Factors of the Performance of Customs Administrative Informatization in Korea

본 논문의 목적은 관세행정 정보화의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석 및 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 하여 향후 관세행정 정보화의 확산과 정보 이용자들의 만족을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 발전방안을 제시하여 우리나라 지식정보화를 촉진하고 생산성 향상과 국가 경쟁력 제고에 기여하는 것이다. 관세행정 정보화의 성과에 관한 연구 결과를 토대로 제시된 시사점은 한국 관세행정 정보화의 확산과 정보 이용자들의 만족을 극대화시킬 수 있는 지표를 제시하는데 기여했다고 판단되지만, 관세행정 정보화의 성과를 반영한 연구 변수의 부족, 표본선정의 문제점 등의 한계점을 지니고 있다.

The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze and survey the factors effected on the performance of customs administrative informatization in Korea, to show a developed plan to maximize the satisfaction of information users in Korean Customs Administration, to promote Korean knowledge informatization, and then to contribute to the improvement of productivity and the national competitive power, Though the points of view suggested by this dissertation, I think, contributed to the suggestion of a guide line to maximize the expansion for the customs administrative informatization in Korea and satisfaction of information users, it is the fact that there are limits of the lack of research variables reflected by the performance of the customs administrative informatization, and the problem of choosing samples, and so on.
